Mountain of Deliciousness..Sweet & Salty Trail Mix

I don’t make alot of snacks very often. But I need to get in the habit, since I’m usually going in a million different directions throughout the day and don’t always have time to enjoy a full meal. This mix is crazy addictive and took less than 20 minutes to whip up from start to finish. It also costs next to nothing to make, which is also a perk of this yummy snack!

2 cups rolled oats

1 1/2 cup crushed pretzels

1/4 cup wheat germ

1/4 cup raw sugar

3 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp coconut oil

2 tsp shredded coconut

2 tsp cinnamon

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • Mix together all ingreidnets until everything is well coated
  • Spread onto baking sheet
  • Bake for 15 minutes, turning half way though
