Garlic & Chive Parsley Hummus
 
Warning: Don't eat this delicious dip if you plan on doing some smooching. Stinky breath is the only downside to yet another, perfect hummus recipe! It goes great with chips or as a spread on sandwiches, especially our upcoming Greek pita pocket recipe!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1 cup chopped chives
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, minced
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Pulse chickpeas, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a food processor until blended
  2. Slowly add in water and then oil and continue pulsing
  3. Remove from food processor and stir in chives
