Wholly Rollies

Well…it’s been a minute.

More like two months, Lisa.

Please forgive the radio silence. As always, I’ve had a ton going on this summer. It’s my first REAL summer in Boulder and I have been trying to take full advantage of it. Which means constant hiking, backpacking and weekends away. Which means less time in the kitchen, and more emphasis on snacks.

Which is why I’ve been loving these Wholly Rollies from Crazy Richard’s. I’ve always been a huge fan of their incredible peanut butter, and have been reaching for these delicious, little protein-packed balls on my laziest days. With under six ingredients, their PB & Cacao and Cinnamon Oatmeal, are pure, simple and totally addictive. They’re composed of things like oats, dates, peanut butter, cacao, cinnamon and flax. Pure and simple. Basically, they’re something I could easily make at home.

But ain’t nobody got time for that.

Thanks for picking up my slack, and feeding me these days, Crazy Richard’s!

I’ve been munching on them during hikes, for a really filling, protein punch. And when I’ve actually had time to get fancy, they’re been adorning all my smoothie bowls!

They also have a PB & Strawberry variation, that I’m dying to try, so be on the lookout for that 🙂
