Going along with more intuitive eating, sugar is off the table.

Which, I hardly eat sugar, duh.

BUT. My beloved kombucha is typically full of 16g or more. Even if it’s “organic”. Even if the added sugar is mostly just to feed to scoby. I’m finding that any traces of sugar, really mess me up, and I feel less than ideal after chugging my routine booch everyday.

So what do I do for a replacement?
