Garlic & Chive Parsley Hummus
Warning: Don't eat this delicious dip if you plan on doing some smooching. Stinky breath is the only downside to yet another, perfect hummus recipe! It goes great with chips or as a spread on sandwiches, especially our upcoming Greek pita pocket recipe!

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1 cup chopped chives
- ½ cup fresh parsley, minced
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup water
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pulse chickpeas, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a food processor until blended
- Slowly add in water and then oil and continue pulsing
- Remove from food processor and stir in chives
