Warning: Don't eat this delicious dip if you plan on doing some smooching. Stinky breath is the only downside to yet another, perfect hummus recipe! It goes great with chips or as a spread on sandwiches, especially our upcoming Greek pita pocket recipe!
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chickpeas
1 cup chopped chives
½ cup fresh parsley, minced
⅓ cup olive oil
¼ cup water
4 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Pulse chickpeas, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a food processor until blended
Slowly add in water and then oil and continue pulsing
Remove from food processor and stir in chives
