Seriously. Best. Smoothie. EVER.
I pretty much lived on this smoothie for breakfast during my week of raw eating. And thought I had previously assumed a smoothie would only taste acceptable with coconut or almond milk, I discovered that plain old water is a surprisingly delicious substitute. At least for this particular smoothie blend.
All you really need is equal parts of everything. My measurements produce about two unbelievable glasses of tropical yumminess. This one is a must try, people!
1 cup water
1 cup chopped pineapple
1 cup chopped cantaloupe
1 cup frozen mango
1 frozen or ripe banana (we always prefer frozen ones though )
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!

I will give you a site in USA where I got real fruit on powder form, I mix it with milk and ice cream to go healthy. they have berries, mango, soursop, apple, pineapple, etc. A lot of fruits & veggies. Enjoy guys! http://www.freshlydried.com
