Wait, Thanksgiving is over?
How did that happen so fast?!
December 1st already and I am super sad that un-turkey day is over. This also means all the delicious, comfort foods I spent 8 hours cooking are all gone. Which makes me sadder.
However, the copious amounts of food, and let’s be honest, beer, have left me feeling a little sluggish. Added to the fact, that I skipped on the gym for a solid week. So now, I’m fresh from the treadmill and looking to get back on track….or at least eat a little better between now and my birthday 😉
2 cups frozen peaches
2 big handfuls kale or spinach
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen pineapple
Meat of one avocado
1 inch piece of fresh ginger
1-2 tbsp hemp seed
2 cups or more, coconut milk or water to desired consistency
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth
