Matcha Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Meet the most beautiful breakfast creation in the history of The Vegan Pact.

I am honestly in awe of the color of this gorgeous smoothie bowl every time I make it. Which has been extremely often, as of late. 

Bored with the same old smoothie, making it in bowl form and adding lots of different textures with various toppings, completely changes the experience. It’s a lot more filling, and makes you feel like you’re actually consuming a full meal, rather than just chugging a liquid breakfast. 

DID I MENTION THE INSANE COLOR?!

It just screams healthy, right?

2-3 frozen bananas

1 1/2 cups kale (frozen kale actually makes it even better)

1 avocado

1/2 cup almond milk (plus more for thinner consistency)

1 tbsp matcha powder

TOPPINGS

Walnuts, cranberries, bananas, strawberries, shredded coconut, hemp

  • Blend together all ingredients til smooth-top with desired toppings!
