Just a quick little update for you guys!
I’m off for ANOTHER month, traveling, cooking, eating all the vegan food and seeing all my favorite people around the country, out on the West coast.
I’ll be in Laguna Beach, spending the holidays cooking for clients and making you all jealous that I’m on the beach and not freezing to death in Boston. Then spending time with friends in LA and San Diego (Bar Kindred and Cafe Gratitude, here I come!). THEN doing my yearly excursion to Vegas with my favorite people and eating everything at Hussong’s and Slice of Vegas. And THENNNNN, back to visit my new second home, Boulder, with their equally amazing people and equally amazing food.
SO ya’ll know what that means…another few weeks with no recipes, but tons and tons of vegan food porn for you to enjoy.
And so I’ve been soaking up as much Christmas-y stuff in Boston as I possibly can, since I’ll be working during the holidays. I’ve taken more trips to Fanuiel Hall and City Hall’s Boston Winter, than I’ve probably ever taken downtown EVER and I loved every minute of it. I especially loved the almond butter vegan hot chocolate my friend and I MIGHT have spiked before walking through Blink!that we scored at TAZA. I have always obsessed over their chocolate, but had no idea they had such delicious drinks that were also vegan. And what goes better with delicious Jack Daniels almond butter hot chocolate on a cold night, than a vegan apple spice donut from Union Square Donuts?
NOTHING!
