I realllllyyy want to be able to reap all the health benefits of mushrooms, without actually having to EAT mushrooms.
They’re so incredible for your immune system and help boost your energy levels, two things I desperately need right now. And that’s why I’ve been adding the organic, superfood mushroom blend powders from FreshCap Mushrooms to as many smoothies, soups and dishes as possible.

CACAO MUSHROOM LATTE
1 cup cashew milk, or any plant-based milk
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla
1 tsp FreshCap Thrive 6 mushroom powder
Pinch of sea salt
- Bring cashew milk to a boil and then quickly remove from heat
- Add all other ingredients to a blender
- Add warmed cashew milk and then blend and serve!
SWEET POTATO LION’S MANE SMOOTHIE BOWL
1 1/2 cups frozen banana
1 1/2 cups steamed or boiled sweet potato
3 dates, pitted
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp FreshCap Lion’s Mane extract
Plant-based milk to blend to desired consistency (I used about 2/3 cup)
- Blend everything together until smooth-top with banana, cashews, coconut and/or granola!
