Eat No Bull Ice Cream

I’ve done it. I’ve finally done it!

I found the BEST oat-based ice cream in existence.

Eat No Bull is seriously the mecca of all non-dairy ice creams. These frozen oat milk dreams have the most insane flavors, the perfect texture and consistency and don’t have a long list of sketchy ingredients. Yeah, there’s cane sugar in it. Don’t @ me, about the sugar content of ice cream. IT’S ICE CREAM. It’s supposed to have sugar! They’ve also got real fruit and fruit pieces in it too, if you ARE the type of person who tries to make their vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, non-GMO ice cream seem healthier.

I was blown away by every, single flavor. Sure they’ve got your run-of-the-mill chocolate, but it’s super dark, rich and velvety. Yes, there’s also the basic vanilla bean, but it’s pure, creamy and bursting with authentic vanilla flavor.

And then they really up the ante with blends like my personal favorites, Peanut Butter Fudge and Blueberry Pie. If neither of those are your thing, rest assured, their Caramel Apple Pie, Mint Chocolate Swirl, Sea Salt Caramel or Strawberry Frappe are SURE to make your taste buds inexplicably thrilled.

I had grand plans for all of these. Kombucha root beer floats, lots of fancy sundaes and dessert pairings. But they were just too damn good and most nights (ok and mornings) I’d just eat them by the spoonful right out of the containers. And I don’t regret a single second of it! See below to get up close and personal with some of their amazing flavors.

Peanut Butter Fudge

I did get a LITTLE fancy with this one and paired my favorite flavor with homemade brownies. The warm brownie base was an ideal vessel for the rich, creamy swirls of chocolate fudge and peanut butter and it may have been one of the best desserts I’ve ever indulged in.

Blueberry Pie

I loved that this tasted like ACTUAL blueberries, rather than blueberry flavor. You kinda felt like you were eating something really healthy. The color is also super aesthetically pleasing and it made it even more fun to eat!

Double Dark and Vanilla Bean

I ALWAYS ate these two together. Because chocolate and vanilla is the classic pairing, no? We ate them in peanut butter cookie ice cream sandwiches and they were a total dream.

Strawberry Frappe

Maybe the most beautiful of the bunch, this strawberry frappe is similar to the blueberry in that it actually tastes like real strawberries. This one was too good NOT to just eat right out of the carton.

Caramel Apple Pie

Ideal for the transition into fall, this apple pie version really hit the spot late in the afternoon, when it was still warm enough to sit outside and enjoy some frozen treats, but cooling off enough that you could still embrace the full fall vibe.

Sea Salt Caramel and Mint Chocolate Swirl

I don’t know how or why, but sea salt makes everything sweet, SO much better, doesn’t it? I dropped the ball on photographing this one, and I think the boyfriend plowed through this flavor the fastest, and alas, we didn’t properly document the deliciousness. Mint is my least favorite flavor of all time (my rule of thumb is mint only belongs in mojitos, toothpaste and gum), but this one was still yummy to me. Defaulted to the boyfriend to consume this one as well, though.
