Parm Crisps

Parm Crisps-or as I like to call them, boujee, dairy-free Cheez-Its.

These delicious little fancy, vegan crackers are a new favorite in our house. Boyfriend is gluten-free and is always angry when get to enjoy snacks he can’t stomach. So he was extra elated to have these show up on our doorstep. So excited, that he ate an entire bag before I could even taste them!

I’ve been taking them on every hike and camping/backpacking trip recently. They’re full of clean ingredients, so they don’t mess up my stomach mid-hike like a lot of other snacks tend to do. their original version is DELISH, but I’m a sucker for anything black pepper, so that variation is really my jam.

I’ve been on a big charcuterie board kick, when we’ve hosted parties recently, because nothing says “I’m an adult” like a beautiful vegan, gluten-free charcuterie board. Admittedly, I’ve also whipped up a board for just myself, for a little midday pick me up when I’ve got the yard to myself. Ultimate self-care right there!
