Oh, hey. Remember me?
Probably not
Probably because you haven’t heard from me in quite some time.
Once upon a time, I never thought this whole vegan cooking thing would work out. Less than two years ago, I never pictured a life outside a corporate office. And yet, here I am today, completely in awe of my day to day life and the crazy opportunities that have come my way.
At this point, I don’t think there;s anyone else on the planet more excited about teaching community education classes. I literally cry tears of joy after every course I teach. Over the success I’ve achieved. Over the incredible group of people I meet every week. Over the sheer fun we have, spending three hours a night creating, healthy, delicious meals with a complete group of strangers who are all in the same class for the same reason. I am blown away, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
And that, my friends, is why there has been a serious lack of recipes around these parts lately. Sure, I’ve come up with some great recipes-but photographing and blogging them fall by the wayside when I’m spending 10 hours a day cooking for clients and teaching classes. So if you’ve come here searching for new meal ideas-I do apologize.
My way to say I’m sorry is to offer you all I can at the given moment-with a recap of all our home classes, client sessions, public classes and new favorite spots to dine. In the hopes that’ll book your own session or sign up for a public class.
Hey…it’s better than nothing. Right?
CLIENT COOKING: Did you know I offer in home cooking? That’s right. I meal plan based on your dietary needs, do all the shopping, all the cooking in your kitchen AND the clean up. All you have to do is eat! Sound good? Email me if you’d like this service for yourself. Here’s what any given week of meals for clients looks like.
IN HOME PRIVATE OR GROUP LESSONS: Want to learn to cook plant-based? Or host a party with all your friends and cook together in your own home? I do private lessons, too and they are the MOST fun!
PUBLIC CLASSES: These are the real tear-jerkers. The ones that make me love what I do, day in and day out. TONS of delicious food, so make sure to register for some of our upcoming local classes if you haven’t already.
DINING: My Sunday brunches have been my only time off, and I take it very seriously. And recently I’ve been to some insanely fabulous places, even though overall, they are hardly vegan-friendly.
COOK: Dopeeee spinach falafels with homemade pita
DEEP ELLUM: Hands down the best chickpea burger, the best service, the best mimosas and the best atmosphere of anywhere around Boston that I’ve been to in a LONG time. I could eat this every day for the rest of my life and be totally fine with it.
UNION SQUARE DONUTS: If you follow any of my social media, you know I am head over heels IN LOVE with these vegan donuts. I go well out of my way for just one donut and it is more than worth it.
