Weller CBD Snacks

It took me a LONG time to get on board the CBD train.

I’m not sure why I was skeptical about the benfits and effectiveness of CBD. But it’s such a thing in Boulder, and hard to avoid anywhere you go. I honestly figured it was crap. It seemed over-produced and over-hyped. Every health and wellness blogger I follow, raved about it, but I still had my suspicions.

And then, my ex came from Boston to visit me in the fall, basically unplanned and unexpectedly, amidst numerous other visitors I was hosting around that time (weird transition, I know, but stick with me here).

I hadn’t really spent time with him in almost three years. I was simultaneously starting to date someone new. I was in the middle in a move AND was getting ready to travel for basically three months straight. Needless to say, I was stressed. BEYOND stressed. Drinking or smoking weed only made it much, much worse, and it felt like I was constantly struggling to breathe and function. My anxiety had never been so high.

But when said ex got into town, he raved about his CBD vape pen, which he was using to also ween himself off pot and alcohol. I rolled my eyes. HARD. He’s super persistent and does know his stuff when it comes to health and wellness, and so I finally gave in, with extreme skepticism.

And my CBD perspective instantly shifted. I almost immediately felt my anxiety disappear. I felt lighter. I felt like I could breathe. I felt calm in a weird way that I never had before. It was love at first hit. And I’ve since been vaping organic CBD since that day. I have tried to shift to oils or edibles or something other than vaping, but hadn’t found anything quite as effective yet.

Until I sampled the deliciousness that are Weller Snacks!

These locally-made, coconut/CBD-infused snacks are so freaking tasty, there is no WAY, you’re only going to eat one of these at a time. Each pack comes with five little coconut bites, each toting five mg of pure hemp extract, and totally packed with flavor. They come in original, caramel and dark chocolate and are all vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO. And aside from tasting insanely good, they actually provide me with the calmness everyone raves about, and the stress-relief I’d been chasing with vaping. Eating these yummy little snacks is much more preferable to vaping, and has been both a great post-hiking treat for me or when I just want to chill out a bit and relax.

If you’re skeptical about CBD like I was, I HIGHLY recommend trying out these delicious, treats! All three flavors are awesome, go perfectly on top of smoothie bowls, dipped in peanut butter or ice cream or enjoyed as is. My readers are also in luck, because you get 20% off of all their products til March 31st, by using the code lisaveganpact20 when you purchase online 🙂
