O Organics Orange Tofu + Broccoli

Is it weird that one of my favorite things about relocating is experiencing new grocery stores and places to get food?

Probably not, given my strange love for grocery shopping.

And sure, it’s my JOB. Part of meal prepping for clients entails doing all their ingredient shopping. And given that almost everyone has defaulted to Instacart and wanting to avoid stores all together for the past two years, my superb grocery shopping skills and ability to know where to get the best deals is really a coveted need.

And my new store of choice now that I’m back in Boston? Star Market! Who shockingly has REALLY incredible deals on their own brand of organic products, O Organics, which also encompasses a lot of vegan goodies. And Colorado friends, O Organics also falls under the Safeway brand umbrella, as well!

While I LOVE places like Trader Joe’s or Sprouts, their organic produce pales in comparison to the quality and freshness to that of anything in the O Organics section. I also love their assortment of rices, grains, tofu, pasta and other packaged vegan and gluten-free goodies like chips and cookies.

This delicious, filling and EASY orange tofu and broccoli rice dish is composed of all organic ingredients I snagged at Star Market and basically just threw together in the air fryer. I am EXTEREMLY late to the air fryer party, but MAN, am I glad I’m here!

The tofu and broccoli could easily be roasted here instead of air frying, but it’s really the sauce that seals the deal here. I would happily bathe in it.

Enjoy and make sure to check out O Organics in your local Star Market or Safeway!
