FreshCap Mushrooms and Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl + Cacao Latte Recipes

I realllllyyy want to be able to reap all the health benefits of mushrooms, without actually having to EAT mushrooms.

They’re so incredible for your immune system and help boost your energy levels, two things I desperately need right now. And that’s why I’ve been adding the organic, superfood mushroom blend powders from FreshCap Mushrooms to as many smoothies, soups and dishes as possible.

These mild tasting mixes of nutrient-dense chaga, turkey tail, Lion’s mane, maitake, resihi and cordecyps, known as Thrive 6, are absolute powerhouses, with no fillers, no additives, just pure, organic goodness. I love being able to feel better, more alert and more balanced, while not actually having to consume anything that even mildly tastes like mushrooms!

It’s been easiest for me to add them to teas, lattes and smoothies every morning now, but it’s also a nice addition to soups, sauces and pastas, and you would honestly never know they were in there.

Here are my current two favorite ways to enjoy these magical mushrooms (pun intended). Check them out below and make sure to get your hands on some FreshCaps for yourself!
