Blissfully Better

Girl Scout cookie season is in full effect. And even though I appreciate that a lot of their flavors are now vegan, I do NOT appreciate the fact that they’re still got a long list of sketchy ingredients in their cookies.

So I’m super thankful I came across Blissfully Better because their chocolate thins, in both Toasted Coconut and Mint, taste JUST like Girl Scout cookies, except they’re crafted with simple, organic ingredients like pure coconut, coconut nectar and unprocessed cocoa. They’re completely satisfying to any sweet tooth, and taste exactly like Samoa cookies, except infinitely better. I’m not even a huge fan of mint, but their Mint Thins are crazy delicious, and not overwhelmingly peppermint-y. I even melted half into vegan hot chocolate the other day, and it made it truly rich and decadent 🙂

I gobbled these up pretty quickly, so I didn’t use them in any fancy recipes. I also didn’t want to compromise their flavor and deliciousness by pairing them with other things, so I recommend enjoying them as is! Try them for yourself, by ordering here (they do have other flavors, that AREN’T vegan, so just be aware!), and use the code VeganPact20 to get 20% off your order through March 31st.
